Publication Ethics

Journal of Integrative Law Studies is committed to maintaining the integrity and quality of scientific publications. Therefore, this journal establishes publication ethics principles that must be adhered to by all parties involved, namely authors, editors, and reviewers.

 

Responsibilities of Authors:

 

Submit original work that has not been previously published.

Avoid plagiarism, fabrication, or data manipulation.

Disclose funding sources and potential conflicts of interest.

Provide clear and accurate contributions to the reported research.

Honestly report any errors discovered after publication.

Responsibilities of Editors:

 

Maintain the confidentiality of the review process and editorial decisions.

Ensure a fair, objective, and unbiased review process.

Handle suspected ethical violations seriously and transparently.

Reject publications that do not meet ethical and quality standards.

Responsibilities of Reviewers:

 

Conduct reviews objectively, constructively, and in a timely manner.

Maintain the confidentiality of the manuscripts under review.

Disclose any potential conflicts of interest that may affect their judgment.

Do not use information from manuscripts for personal gain.

The journal rejects all forms of ethical violations such as plagiarism, data fabrication, duplicate publication, and undisclosed conflicts of interest. Any suspected violations will be addressed in accordance with international ethical guidelines.
